Chapter Seventy Seven: The Slavery of Speech
Within the far ends of the world of Fantasy, approximately several miles away from the border shared with the Ministry of Space and the Planetary Co-Operative, there lies a despecable land ruled by a despot ruler. This leader, who holds the realm with many features of the story of fantasy and the mighty power of the parts of speech to his advantage, have maintained armies of slaves who bravely fought in his name. This slavery system is controlled primarily by the involuntary power of the "anonymous" Agreements that he had the power to enforce and unique ability to control.
This power is simply known as the Dangerous Rhetoric, although nobody knows for certain how this particular power works.
It was the elementals in the form of creatures that are mostly affected by the severity of the effects of such Dangerous Rhetoric. It was as contagious as any viral illness can get, and it is a form of power that nobody wanted to contend with, especially in the level of a thorough deliberation of the merits in an appropriate metaphysical discourse, not even to be found in the shameless bickering of the politicians at the wCongress in Pietropolis. There are many reasons cited to justify the present case of the abundance of Rhetoric, but mostly are simply lame excuses argued for the sake of positively projecting a totally lost cause.
Whilst the despot ruler submits his territory well within the jurisdiction of the world of Fantasy, he does not, however, formally swear allegiance to the legislative and governing authority of the political organs established by convention in the capital city of Pietropolis. This part of written history was also vague within the scrutiny of the historical accounts that explore the beginnings of the wCongress (and how this land became exempted from the political authority therein) because there was no information available on how this ruler came to be as the Master of Rhetoric, a very useful ability in Fantasy, indeed. Unfortunately, his origins are simply unknown.
It is to be emphasized, too, that this world is not very familiar with the Playwrights of the other dimensions of the Universe, including their associated (and even similarly shared) powers, and so nobody can truly understand (by their own very limited understanding on the subject) how the obligatory necessity of the Agreements actually moves the impetus and forces of the cosmos, regardless of whether it was conjured as an Agreement or Rhetoric.
The most common Creatures known to Fantasy, and also to the knowledge of the Literary Committee, are unique forms of elementals "characterized with wings," but are not well defined with distinct physical characteristics and only appearing in the form of balls of light by way of obvious physical manifestation. The unique distinguishing feature is the diversity of the wings that these Creatures can carry, of which the color black-red combination is determined to be the most prominent, potent, and most deadly.
For this reason, the borders of this land must be secured by the assisting Technical Members TMIF to prevent the "negative" power of the Dangerous Rhetoric from escaping its own biosphere (even though this land in question is not a spherical planet by its very nature). The location of this land was a bit far from Pietropolis and too perilous not to be guarded by a fortress nearby, a reinforcement of defense mechanisms sanctioned by the Space Police and Home Authority itself.
There is definitely a well-defined slavery system working within the borders of this land enclosure that points to a very sinister cause.
