Chapter Forty: Rupture

Her name is Stacey Books, and she is an Astrophysics concentrator at Harvard College. Her liking for the planets, galaxies, and the universe have gradually developed during her toddler years, and then deepen extensively during her glorious days in a Catholic high school. It was her utmost desire to explore outer space, understand the different phenomena in the planetary systems, as well as discovering physical laws concerning with the composition and behavior of the celestial bodies.

Of course, someone who developed a penchant for astronomy is very obsessed with the different types of telescopes, and she had asked her wealthy parents for it when she was growing up. Her parents were able to guide her through this interest because they were both accomplished professors at Yale University.

This particular incident happened a long time ago, when she thought that she had legitimately encountered an alien while she was looking at the night sky using one of her powerful telescopes. It came to her like a mysterious blinking red light that accompanied the solemn twinkling of the more distant stars. There was no danger, however, and she felt no alarm as she watched the red light with wonder, as it was seen in its place at the night sky, far, far away, maybe farther than the milky way galaxy, but she is not so sure of this speculation, of course.

But what was very peculiar with this experience was the weird phenomenon that happened to herself, and her body, as she was curiously watching the strange red light from the star. That experience allowed her to be more informed of Astrophysics, as if her intelligence have greatly improved, and so she could not forget that night when she became a more capable student by changing a little bit.

She felt an alien was involved in this process.

It happened very quickly, almost like an instant, and she could not find the right words to actually describe the experience. It was as if she travelled in multiple layers of the different dimensions as the present time allows, while she felt something was leaving her physical body, and she have noted quite clearly that she was not moving and consuming space as she travelled.

She never told anybody about what truly happened that night, and she was also too anxious at first to be keeping a secret, not knowing what will be the biological effect of such mysterious occurence to her physiology and overall health, although nothing serious of a disease had developed from that time on. She kept quiet about the "rupture" as she refers to the curious encounter that fateful night.

It was as if the whole thing happened through a dream, a nightmare as some might suppose, and this dream has become real, as if capably controlled by the neuroscience of a human being's mind. There was no start and end to the numerous scenes that characterize the nightmare that has been experienced; in reality, it all happened at once. Whatever was manifested by that contact, or whether aliens are truly involved as Stacey suspects, the confirmation about its accuracy will eventually come sooner.

Maybe there is really some form of divinity out there, even the numerous galaxies can feel the effects of what God used to create everything and anything that exists. It is not always about aliens from galaxies far away.

Or it could be the unconditional love that is missing in the principles of life, a solid form of force that radiates within the soul, and then affects intelligence.
