Chapter Twenty Six: The Thin Line
Although this particular story gravitates towards the two main realms, Space and the world of Fantasy, it is worthwhile to mention that the universe, indeed, was quite larger and bigger than the parameters being discussed within this book. And in order for the many subsequent scenes in this story to make sense as printed, it is necessary to discuss other means from which visible and invisible things are also manifested, although not necessarily belonging exclusively to the tales in this world.
These things that are still unknown to us are separated only by a thin line, between the world of Fantasy and the Domain of the Faeries, otherwise known as the Autocephalous Order. This link between these races has been made for an important reason of identifying dreams and fantasies that has its rightful place to be a means to make it a reality by humankind, especially in a life where only hope exists, and nothing more.
The Faeries who make these things happen are generally referred to as Fairy Godmothers, and they are independently sanctioned by the Autocephalous Order, authorizing them to dispense of this solemn duty, but subject to the uniform rules as prescribed by both worlds, by virtue of a signed Memorandum of Understanding. These treaties have been ratified and continuously functioning between the two parties until the world of Fantasy was deceived and has been attacked by the reversal of fortunes by the present-day Ministry of Space.
After that fateful day, the Ministry of Space has launched its own attacks against the Autocephalous Order, with the same intentions of conquering them, but the heroes of the Faeries were able to hold the fort, and eventually drove the evil Spaceships away from their independent Order.
But the victory did not come without a price. The Faeries have been able to draft Agreements with other Fairy Tales to help them to defend their Order from the bloody attacks, including the many strikes waged against the main power source of the Faeries, by fortifying their territory near the thin line that separates the two worlds apart. While intrusion attempts were persistent, and sometimes unexpected, the valiant guards have been able to ward them off successfully.
But the victory would have been absolute if not for the mistakes committed by Prince Charming. Because of his intense love for Cinderalla and in order to find himself some chivalrous inspiration, he managed to attach his wedding ring in the pommel of his sword as he was fighting the "impetus" of space. The many lasers ultimately managed to strike the sword which enabled it to fall from his grip, lost in space, and into the thin line.
The sword was completely consumed by oblivion, and with it is his most important symbol of love, including the required faith to the wedding ring.
As the Autocephalous Order was able to declare victory from this unsuccessful conquest of the Ministry of Space, the Faeries were able to seal the thin line with a more stable form of border. This thin line was once known as the veil, and it was now completely sealed with a special impetus containing a very complicated substantial composition.
Many witnesses have been recorded to say that the border is full of cosmic power.
It should have been a full victory, but the sword has been later on found and confiscated by Lucifer; apparently, he has used this opportunity to manipulate Prince Charming for his own personal advantage.
