Chapter Five: The Office of Bases Conversion and Development

Just twenty-four hours after the controversial Freedom of Information Act and the Existential Library Act have been passed into law, the Office of Bases Conversion and Development was alerted for a possible attack within the Planet Garrison where the Lore of Commons is beautifully situated. Known as the "green and purple" planet, Garrison was once a beautiful fortress, and a well-equipped military base, that has been continually used as a training ground for the elite Space Police.

It was the Chancellor of the Constitution who wrote the Director of Authority regarding the threat, and has assured the Office that the Space Police will be stationed in all former military bases, particularly inside the Planet Garrison, "until such a time that the threat has been completely dissipated."

Although admitting that no known "organized threat" has been identified through intelligence efforts, the Chancellor stressed the importance of securing the Lore of Commons by "keeping it sealed and closed" from any unauthorized access.

Within minutes from acknowledging the letter from the Upper Chamber, several Spacewagons and Interstellar MK108s have landed on the platform to carry out this very important Chamber Security Resolution.

The Director of Authority has immediately stepped into the Apparition Platform from her office, after one of the Colony Guards alerted her of the presence of the Space Police.

Her name is Sisha Galore, and she has spent most of her career in the art and science of bases conversion. She was trained in combat in the Special Agency for Tactics as a wonderful novice, and has consistently ranked as one of the most talented in battles just days after being certified for combat.

She appeared on the platform, just in time to welcome the Space Police pursuant to the Upper Chamber resolution.

"Welcome, Elite Enforcer Jeremy Crushburns to Planet Garrison. I am Director Galore." She reiterated her greeting with a salute.

Crushburns returned the salute, and greeted back. "Thank you, Director. How is the current security situation in here?"
